The fee for an annual license to operate as a solid waste collector shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the City Council. Licenses shall expire on the thirty-first day of December of the year in which issued. No refund of the license fee, or any part thereof, shall be made after issuing a license. Licenses are non-transferable and expire when a solid waste collection business is sold or transferred. (Ord. 90-12 §4, 1990).
