(1) Billing dates. All users shall be billed on a monthly basis.

(2) Due dates – interest charges. All charges to users including the city for sewer service as designated in Sections 10.20.020, 10.20.030, 10.20.040*, and as authorized by resolution of the City Council shall be due and payable as of the date of billing and any charges not paid within thirty days following the date of billing shall become delinquent thereafter. Delinquent charges shall be assessed interest at the rate of one percent per month. (Ord. 99-37 §5, 1999; Ord. 86-27 §2, 1986).
