(1) An alarm system registration shall be valid until January 1 of the next year, regardless of when such alarm system registration is applied for. The Subscriber shall renew the registration with the City on or before January 1.

(2) If any of the information required for registration changes during the registration term, the Subscriber shall provide the City with updated information within thirty (30) days of such change.

(3) Registration may be renewed under the following conditions:

(a) The Subscriber has paid any monetary penalties assessed against the Subscriber related to the alarm system;

(b) The Subscriber either updates their registration information or verifies that the current registration information is still correct; and

(c) The appropriate annual registration fee is paid. (Ord. 22-15 §5, 2022).
