Any person who fails to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a Class 3 civil infraction and shall be assessed a monetary penalty in accordance with PCC 1.02.020. Each person who violates or fails to comply with this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a separate civil infraction for each day that the violation continues. (Ord. 22-15 §5, 2022).
