It is unlawful for any person, persons, partnership, or corporation to use explosives or blasting agents within the city except as herein provided. Applicants to do blasting must meet the requirements of RCW 70.74 and Article 77, Uniform Fire Code, 2012 Edition. (Ord. 15-9 §1, 2015; Ord. 99-14 §1, 1999; Ord. B-158 §2, 1974).
