Whenever a permit is required pursuant to the provisions of the International Fire Code, or this code, the city shall charge a fee for the inspection and administrative costs of issuing such permit, which fee shall be set by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 04-15 §8, 2004; Ord. 82-45 §9, 1982).
