(1) Official Agency. The Planning Commission shall conduct public hearings after at least ten days’ published notice to review proposed planned unit developments and make appropriate recommendations to the City Council.

(2) Approving Agency. The City Council, upon consideration of the recommendations of the Planning Commission, and at a public hearing, shall be the final approving agency for PUD zone determination. (Ord. 22-26 §3, 2022).
