The following uses are allowed in a PUD: any use as set forth in the Use Chart, Section 17.70.030 allowed in the zone district in which the proposal is located and any use that is compatible with the location, scale, adjacent roadway network, topography, etc. (Ord. 22-26 §2, 2022).
