Whenever this Title applies to a specific act or type of action, the same provisions apply to all later changes, unless this Title specifically provides otherwise. For example, a permit is required to establish a conditional use. This requirement also applies to any changes or expansions of a conditional use. (Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
