(1) The director of public works shall be charged with the responsibility of administering the regulations established by this Chapter.

(2) The Planning Commission shall conduct the public hearings on preliminary plats and make recommendations for approval, denial, or conditional approval of preliminary plats for the City Council.

(3) The City Council shall be responsible for final approval of preliminary and final plats. (Ord. 80-42 §4, 1980).
