10.20.100 Sewer rates – Effective date.

The effective date of the sewer fees established pursuant to the provisions of Sections 10.20.020 and 10.20.040* of this Chapter shall be as set forth in the appropriate resolution or resolutions of the City Council. (Ord. 81-55 §3, 1981; Ord. 79-74 §9, 1979).
