The decision of the hearing examiner shall be final and conclusive unless, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the decision, an aggrieved party files an action with the Superior Court of Whitman County pursuant to the provisions of PCC 17.185.040. (Ord. 22-2 §7, 2022).
