The Chief of Police or his designated representative shall issue the certificate of registration for a dangerous dog required by RCW 16.08.080 upon meeting the requirements of RCW 16.08.080 and payment of a fee established by resolution of the City Council. Failure to maintain an enclosure, bond or policy of insurance required for the issuance of a certificate of registration is a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 99-41 §15, 1999).
