It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter. Every person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 civil infraction. (Ord. 99-15 §2, 1999; Ord. 81-26 §5, 1981).
