The city finance director shall have the power to adopt, publish, and enforce rules and regulations not inconsistent with this Chapter for the purpose of carrying out the provisions thereof. (Ord. 92-7 §17, 1992; Ord. A-657B §22, 1966. Formerly 6.02.210).
