6.10.020 Definitions.
Words used in this Chapter shall have their normal and customary meaning, unless specifically defined otherwise. The following words and terms used in this Chapter shall have the following meanings unless when used the context clearly indicates to the contrary.
(1) “Person” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.40.020.
(2) “Premises” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.40.020.
(3) “Regularly remove(s), transport(s), or dispose(s) of solid waste from a premises for compensation” shall have a meaning interpreted consistent with the provisions of Section 5.40.030(2)(a).
(4) “Solid waste” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.40.020.
(5) “Solid waste collector” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.40.020.
(6) “Waste recycling” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.40.020. (Ord. 90-12 §2, 1990).
