Open burning in the City of Pullman is prohibited at all times. Open Burning shall be defined as “outdoor burning”, “other outdoor burning” and “residential burning” as defined in WAC 173-425-030 or as amended, provided, “recreation fires” as defined in WAC 173-425-030 are permitted in the city of Pullman subject to compliance with WAC 51-54A-0307.
