This Chapter shall be known as the “Plumbing Code” of the City of Pullman. The City of Pullman hereby adopts the most current edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code (referred to in this Chapter as the UPC) as adopted by the State of Washington and its additions, deletions, and exceptions noted in Chapter 51-56 WAC as now existing and in accordance with any amendments that may hereafter be made thereto, which are adopted herein by reference except as amended in this Chapter and Chapter 2.10 PCC.
