International Building Code, Appendix J Subsection J110.1 and J110.2 are deleted and a new Subsection J110.1 is added to read as follows:

The faces of cut and fill slopes shall be prepared and maintained to control erosion. This control shall be in conformance with the City of Pullman Design Standards and any related permits issued by the City of Pullman or other agency having jurisdiction.
