The Airport Overlay Districts add restrictions to those of the underlying districts. This Section establishes the Airport Overlay Districts set forth below. Where these districts overlap each other or an underlying district, the most restrictive requirements imposed by any district shall govern.

(1) Airport Height Limitation Overlay Districts. The Horizontal, Conical, Approach, and Transitional Airport Overlay Districts include all land lying directly beneath the horizontal, conical, approach, and transitional surfaces defined in 17.95.020(4). The location and boundaries of these Districts are shown on a map dated February, 1984 entitled “Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport Height Limitation Overlay Districts” which is adopted by this reference as part of this Title.

(2) Airport Use Restriction Overlay District. The Airport Use Restriction Overlay District includes the Substantial Noise Impact Area defined in 17.95.020(11). The location and boundaries of this District are shown on a map dated February, 1984 entitled “Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport Use Restriction Overlay District” which is adopted by reference as part of this Title.
