The RT Residential Transitional District is intended to establish areas for low density residential developments consisting of detached single-family dwellings, duplexes, and townhouses of up to four (4) unit groupings in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapter 17.108 with a maximum density of ten (10) dwelling units per net acre.
