A nonconforming home occupation is one which was lawfully established and maintained prior to April 2, 1985, but is no longer allowed because of the application of this Chapter as enacted by Ordinance No. 84-5 on March 24, 1985 and reenacted by this Title. Any nonconforming home occupation shall be discontinued. (Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
