The number of off-street parking spaces required depends on the nature of the proposed use. The Use Chart set forth in Section 17.70.030 shows the number of off-street parking spaces required. All fractional requirements shall be rounded up to the next whole number. For uses not specified in the Use Chart, the city planner shall determine the number of spaces required by comparing the proposed use to similar uses for which a space requirement is listed. Determinations made by the city planner may be appealed to the hearing examiner, as provided in Chapter 17.185. (Ord. 22-2 §8, 2022; Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
