The city planner shall consult with the city attorney and public works director to determine the amount of the assurance, time limits, alternate acceptable assurances, release of portions of assurances on completion of phases of work, additional assurances for extensions of time, and related matters. Assurances shall be kept in the custody of the city finance director. (Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
