Any person operating or handling any aircraft or motor vehicle in violation of the provisions herein contained, or refusing to comply with the rules and regulations made under Section 14.36.100, may be rejected from the airport under the authority of the Airport Board, to protect the safety of the airport and the public in addition to all other penalties herein provided.
