Aviation fuel delivered to the airport shall incur a fuel flow fee as determined by the Airport Board which shall be paid by the wholesale distributor. Any wholesaler or distributor delivering to the airport shall submit monthly to the Airport Board the amount of fuel delivered to the airport. (Ord. 83-29 §23, 1983; Ord. B-120 §1(e), 1973; Ord.
