The governmental agencies signatory to the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport Cooperation Agreement of December 31, 1970, and as amended December 8, 1971, their agents or employees shall in no way be held responsible for the theft of any article left in the aircraft, any part or accessory of or for the aircraft, or for any damage done to the aircraft as a result of theft or attempted theft, or vandalism of any nature.
