Instructors will fully acquaint their students with all rules and regulations pertaining to the airport and shall be responsible for the conduct of students under their direction during dual instruction. When the student is flying solo, it shall be the student's sole responsibility to observe and abide by these rules and regulations. (Ord. A-565 §2.07, 1965).
