Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to use the airport or airport facilities for expectant gain as a commercial operator, shall first make application in writing for such use to the Airport Board. The application must be first approved and granted by the board before a commercial operator shall use the airport or airport facilities. (Ord. 83-29 §9, 1983; Ord. A-697 §4, 1967).
