Any aggrieved person may appeal a decision of the director of public works regarding a boundary line adjustment to the hearing examiner. The hearing examiner’s decision shall be final unless appealed to the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Whitman County. (Ord. 02-10 §2, 2002).
