(1) An approved final short plat shall be filed for record in the office of the Whitman County auditor and shall not be deemed approved until so filed.

(2) A final short plat must be signed by the director prior to filing for record.

(3) If the final short plat is not filed for record within sixty days of the date of approval by the director the final short plat shall be null and void.

(4) A reproducible copy of the fully signed recorded plat must be filed by the developer with the director prior to issuance of permits for any building construction. (Ord. 80-43 §16, 1980).
