Applications for a residential parking visitor permit shall be made to the city police department on forms provided by the police department only by holders or those eligible to hold a residential parking permit issued under 12.50.110, and shall be restricted for use in the area where the applicant resides. Not more than one residential parking visitor’s permit shall be issued to each holder of or person eligible to hold a residential parking permit. Residential parking visitor’s permits shall be issued after payment of any fee for the permit as may be established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 96-13 §12, 1996).
