The purpose and intent of this Chapter is to provide for and implement the greatest powers possible for facilitating the removal of junk vehicles, parts thereof, and automobile hulks from public and private property as authorized by the provisions of RCW 46.55.240 as now existing and in accordance with any amendments that may hereafter be made thereto.
