Vehicles parked in violation of this Chapter may be towed and stored at the expense of the registered owner in accordance with RCW 46.55.113(2)(h) upon order of the Public Works Director, Chief of Police, Fire Chief, or their designees. (Ord. 17-16 §4, 2017).
