The purpose of this Chapter is to establish additional provisions pertaining to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of the Model Traffic Ordinance relating to impoundment of a vehicle driven by a driver with license suspended or revoked pursuant to RCW 46.20.342 and WAC 308-330-406.
