11.32.040 Permit to allow use of sidewalk, street, alley, or public place, or portion thereof.

The director may grant the permit for use of the street, sidewalk, alley, or portion thereof if he finds that such granting of permission will not unduly obstruct either automobile or pedestrian traffic or endanger the safety of the public. Such permit will contain:
(1) the name of the persons or organizations authorized to use the street, alley, sidewalk, or portion thereof;
(2) the street, alley, sidewalk, or portion thereof to be used;
(3) the date and time of use; and
(4) any conditions of use reasonably related to traffic control and public safety. (Ord. 81-66 §4, 1981; Ord. 664 §4, 1940).
