When any person, firm, or corporation shall make application for a permit hereunder, such person, firm, or corporation shall by making such application thereby, agreed to keep and save harmless the City of Pullman from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, costs, damages, and expenses arising from any act or acts which the permittee may do or suffer to be done under such permit or which may be done or suffered to be done by any of his or its agents, servants, employees, or which may arise from any negligence of himself or itself or his or its agents, contractors, subcontractors, or employees or any of them in obstructing or in any way disturbing such street, alley, highway, sidewalk, or other public place or by reason of the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter.
