No person or entity that uses water from the City water system or supply shall make, cause, use, or permit the use of such water in a manner conflicting with the provisions of this Chapter. Following said regulations is not limited by being an account holder, customer, or resident of the City.

Programs and guidelines, including, but not limited to, permanent outdoor irrigation restrictions, the prohibition of irrigation of impervious surfaces, and the prohibition of water waste, will be implemented and promoted to all users. (Ord. 23-7 §1, 2023).
