10.44.030 Specifications on file at the department of public works.

The director of public works shall cause at least one copy of the “City of Pullman Standard Construction Specifications” to be on file and available for public use and reference in the department of public works. (Ord. 83-6 §3, 1983; Ord. 80-16 §3, 1980).
