The cemetery committee shall advise the City Council on the management, operation, and control of the cemeteries owned or operated by the city of Pullman. The City Council shall fix by resolution, from time to time, the sale price for all services rendered in connection with the operation of the cemetery.

The cemetery committee may advise the City Council on rules and regulations for the use, care, and maintenance of the cemetery; it shall from time to time review the investment of all moneys available for that purpose, including the investment for the endowment care fund.
