The city of Pullman shall be and the same is hereby divided into three wards and the same shall be known as the first ward, second ward, and third ward, respectively. Each ward shall be represented on the City Council by two councilmembers and there shall be one councilmember elected at large. (Ord. 85-23 §1, 1985; Ord. A-974 §2, 1971).
