There is hereby created an Environmental Resilience Commission. The Commission shall consist of seven members appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, from individuals of recognized fitness for such a position. The first appointed Commission members shall be appointed to fill terms as follows: two for one year; two for two years; one for three years. Thereafter, all appointments shall be for a term of four years. If a Commission member should resign before the expiration of their term, the Mayor, with consent of the City Council, shall appoint an individual to complete said term. (Ord. 22-22 §1, 2022).
