The Committee shall select a chairperson and a secretary from among its members. Minutes of each meeting shall (without limitation) contain its recommendations to the City Council. A copy of these minutes shall be forwarded to the City Administrator for delivery to the City Council. (Ord. 22-20 §1, 2022).
