The Lodging Tax Advisory Commission shall hold one meeting each month at a regularly scheduled date, time and location. All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public and conducted in compliance with Chapter 42.30 RCW, the Open Public Meetings Act. A quorum shall be a majority of the appointed members of the commission, provided no action may be taken on any request for the use of lodging tax revenue unless there is an equal number of members representing those who collect the tax and recipients of lodging tax revenue present and voting on the matter.
