There is continued the office of city administrator, which office shall be filled by the appointment of the mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the City Council. The city administrator shall be subject to removal by the mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor. The city administrator shall be the administrative, assistant executive and liaison officer for the city, under the direction and authority of the mayor. (Ord. 18-25 §14, 2018; Ord. B-237 §2, 1975).
