The director of public services may from time to time delegate certain duties to other employees of the department. However, such delegation shall not relieve the director of the responsibility of carrying out the duties of his/her office. (Ord. 81-15 §4, 1981; Ord. 81-10 §8, 1981; Ord. 80-34 §4, 1980).
