The city establishes programs of awards to stimulate and reward city employees for suggestions that are of benefit to the city, incentive programs for participation in health and wellness activities, and for the recognition of years of service with the city. Participation in the programs shall be limited to those employees who satisfy the rules, regulations, and guidelines as are set forth by the City Council for the administration of the programs.
