1.102.010 Authorization to charge and collect interest on past-due accounts.

The finance director is authorized to charge interest on all past-due accounts or obligations for which a rate of interest has not been established by statutory law or local ordinance. The rate of interest on such accounts or obligations shall be set by City Council resolution. (Ord. 81-57 §1, 1981).
