1.02.150 Parking infractions – Recommendations as to penalty.

The City Council may from time to time, by resolution, recommend to the Whitman County District Court the amount of a penalty for the violation of any parking regulation of the city of Pullman, which penalty shall be effective when and as adopted by order of the Whitman County District Court. (Ord. 99-24 §2, 1999; Ord. 82-6 §4, 1982).
