9.10.060 Animals – Fees upon reclaiming – Unlicensed impounded dogs or miniature pigs.

If a dog or miniature pig for which no current license has been issued is impounded, the claimant shall also pay the regular applicable license fee; and if the dog or miniature pig has been impounded more than thirty days after the expiration of a license, a late license fee as established by resolution of the City Council.
